Camp Levine at THEARC

The tuition assistance application for Camp Levine is now CLOSED and Camp Levine at THEARC is FULL.

Families interested in Camp Levine at THEARC must complete the tuition assistance application.

For summer 2025, we are excited to offer six weeks of Camp Levine at THEARC for $600 to DC residents that either qualify for tuition assistance or live in Wards 7 or 8. If awarded, campers must participate in five of the six weeks of camp at THEARC.

Camp Levine is a day camp that provides an engaging, fun-filled artistic experience for children of all musical backgrounds and levels of ability! Grounded in the philosophy of nurturing the “total musical child,” children develop skills for creative expression through singing, dancing, playing instruments, musical theatre, creating visual art, and enjoying a variety of games and activities. Campers learn new skills, gain confidence, and create lasting friendships in a safe, joy-filled, and collaborative environment.

Prior music study is not required!

Pre-teens and teens in rising grades 7-12 are encoraged to apply to Camp Levine’s Teen Apprentice program. There is no fee to apply for Teen Apprenticeship at THEARC.

To be eligible, campers must:

• Be a DC resident
• Either:
  • Qualify for tuition assistance support
    OR
  • Live in Wards 7 or 8
